Sohail Honey carries my family's name, so it had to carry our standards too. I grew up with honey that came from the same fields and the same beekeepers — thick, cloudy and honest, nothing like the uniform golden syrup that passes for honey on a supermarket shelf.
I started this brand to make that honey easy to trust and easy to carry: one measured spoon, filled cold, sealed and checked before it ships, with nothing added and nothing heated. If it isn't honey the bees would be proud of, it doesn't go in the box.
