The Story Behind Pakistani Honey
From the wild fields of Punjab to the mountain slopes of the north — where our honey comes from and why it tastes the way it does.
Pakistan is one of the great honey-producing countries you rarely hear about. Its landscape stretches from warm river plains to some of the highest mountains on earth, and every one of those environments feeds a different kind of hive.
A land shaped for bees
The plains of Punjab and Sindh are covered in seasonal flowers — mustard, clover, citrus blossom and wild acacia — that give honey its lightness and floral character. Move north into the foothills and you begin to find berry blossom and alpine meadows. Higher still, the Himalayan and Karakoram slopes carry hardy wildflowers that produce deep, aromatic honey with real intensity.
Small hives, careful hands
Much of Pakistan’s honey still comes from small beekeepers who move their hives with the seasons. Harvests are timed to the flower, not the factory, which is why the honey changes subtly from batch to batch — a feature, not a fault.

We wanted people outside Pakistan to taste this honey the way it is meant to be tasted — raw, unfiltered and portioned so it stays fresh. Each spoon is a little piece of that landscape, ready to open wherever you happen to be.
